How to Wake up Right

My favorite way to wake up is to make a nice pretty breakfast with a lot of bright colors and natural foods. The more natural color the better!! Some examples are eggs, avocados, peppers, then things such as garlic, onions, and turmeric are very healthy as well.

Some examples of my favorite breakfast meals is cutting an avocado in half and sprinkling some salt and pepper on it and eat it with a spoon. Quick, easy, and healthy! Another one of my favorites is a few eggs with EVOO instead of butter, then throw some ham to easy cook meat into the pan after the eggs to heat up!

Some mornings I will decide to make a protein smoothie instead if I am in a rush. These typically include banana, peanut butter, and many other fresh fruits as well as protein powder. A super healthy alternative instead of protein powder is 100% Beet juice or you can buy Beet powder to add into smoothies. I will admit, Beets and beet juice kind of tastes like dirt but I believe it is one of the healthiest foods and juices there is!!
